I have used Flyaway religiously for 10+ years and the wait to be picked up has gotten excessive. Their competitors had several vans/cars come through while I and several other customers waited, one service came through 4 times. I’ve mentioned the wait a few times, looks like it’s time to find a new place to park.
This company is great! It was easy to get in and out of, even with a baby, everyone was very nice and the price was right. We found where we will be parking from now on!

I’ve been a faithful customer for over five years, but after this last stay I will NEVER return. After returning from a same day trip, I came back to the hatch of our BRAND NEW CAR being jammed into my bike rack, needless to say this caused damage to my vehicle. I immediately went inside to get a manager and when he came outside to ask who parked the car, none of the attendants would admit who parked it... and they yelled back at the manager to check the cameras. There was a complete lack of accountability, and I knew in that moment they were not going to do the right thing. Now the claims department is trying to say the damage was already there and no one will take responsibility for jamming the back gate into the bike rack. The claims department is stating that someone documented the damage at drop off, but what is interesting is there is no way that I could’ve driven into that parking garage with my back gate stuck into my bike rack… There is a safety feature that will not allow you to drive with the gate open, so someone is definitely not being truthful! I will never trust flyaway to keep any of cars again.
I gave them two stars because the drivers are extremely friendly.
They are very quick and efficient. They will have your car warmed up when you pick it up. Feiendly staff and better prices than airport.
