After spending $70+ on parking I was surprised by the unprofessional cashier I encountered during my pick up today. Tameeka was very rude and seemed rather bothered to have to end her personal conversation to help a customer. These interactions are typically very short...which is why I was so shocked at her AWFUL attitude.
Be very careful parking on level 3 Short Term - there is on going construction. I had to park on level 3 5/31 through 6/3/17. When I arrived back - my car had sustained rock damage (windshield, hood and trunk) - noted chunks of rock and gravel all over the upper deck. Gate attendant and customer service rep DID NOT CARE. VERY PREVENTABLE. Strongly suggest offsite parking.
