I cant see how this place has any bad reviews...... The people are so helpful and nice here. I am so happy I didn't listen to the reviews because I found the best new place to park.
BNA Express Park will be my go-to parking service from now on. I had an AWESOME experience; everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful!! My driver Simon was OUTSTANDING!!! The price with the online coupon was unbelievable; honestly, I can't believe such a great deal exists!!!
This lot is a gem!!! I wish I would’ve known about this long time ago!! I usually park in Long Term B but with all of the construction going on at the Airport I decided to try out this option at BNA and the service was phenomenal!!! The workers go above and beyond to make this a great experience!!
The experience was just fine upon arrival and through out the time of being dropped off for the flight out of BNA. Upon arrival back 4 days later after traveling 11 hrs we were greeted at BNA at 10:30 pm with no wait. The lady driver was fairly pleasant and I tipped her upon arrival at the facility. Now, the poor customer service experience begins. Could not find my wallet in my luggage which had my claim ticket number. However, I did take a picture front and back with my phone as backup. At the service counter I was asked for the ticket. Having only the picture of the ticket available, I tried to use it. Hah, one of the two customer service ladies who appeared to be a manager yet just sat to my left at the counter in her chair, using her phone constantly kept telling me and the other nicer customer service lady which was doing all the work that I either find the actual ticket or fill out a paper for a lost ticket. Total time waste and terrible customer experience. Very much was a rude and under educated woman. Absolutely of no help or consideration of me as a customer. Had to make several trips in and out to my car just to find enough info to complete the worthless Lost Ticket paperwork which did absolutely nothing of benefit for me. A waste of my time after a long day of travel. Oh, and I tried to follow up with a phone call mid morning the next day. Another waste. Woman I spoke to had such a heavy foreign accent from India I could not understand her much at all. I asked for a manager or supervisor. I was told to either call back later or hold the line for 3-4 minutes since the supervisor was outside away from the office. Never mind I told this person, not worth my time. I will NEVER use this business or EVER recommend it to anyone else. My first and last visit!
