Employee David "very helpful and nice" started helping me, was fixing to unhitch the trailer, then some lady, "couldn't catch her name" comes around the truck and says, we don't have room for trailer, can't you see our parking lot... the closest place is Brentwood.... then walks away??? David even looked at me dumbfounded and was like what just happend. She was rude and very dis respectful as well as unprofessional.
Used them several times and each time the truck and trailers were clean and the staff was super helpful.
Antwan provided us with great service. Excellent customer service very polite from the greeting all the way to the end. Jelisa was great with getting the computer end of things taking care of. Thanks alot you two..
Uhaul moved my reservation from vultee Boulevard to this location...they were nice but I wanted to pick up at my original location
