Very slow
The loading went great - we are now in the middle of an unload and had one of their workers get upset because I wanted to check the boxes that had obviously been crushed. He actually told me I could unload the truck myself ? Really ... He has done nothing all day except gripe about other workers and tell anyone within 100 yards that he won't work past 5. The team lead clearly isn't equipped to handle customer service issues or manage his own team. Do not use them if you want your belongings to make it to you in one piece.
Dealing with Alexander's was a true pleasure. The move was smooth, the two companies that picked up my parcels and delivered them were on time, extremely professional, and courteous, and Shawn was reliable and precise and updated me of every step of the process. I received my parcels on the date Shawn told me and I ended up paying less than the initial estimate. I would recommend Shawn to anyone moving to Nashville from another state.
