I have been impressed with the customer service at this location from day one! They have always been very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and care about their customers. This week I was so grateful to receive payment reminder calls from Kanitra, who was very friendly and also spent extra time helping me resolve my payment issues. Even though it was closing time, she didn't rush me and took the time to do a thorough job, putting my needs first. Thank you, Kanitra, for doing an amazing job, and thank you Cubesmart for great customer service!
The General Manager Olivia Goodwin did an excellent job this afternoon while assisting me with a unit transfer. She even went the extra mile to stay 20 minutes after closing to get everything squared away after a last-minute change of units. She always gives great customer service. Highly recommend this location.
