While the move went smoothly, one of the movers was CLEARLY SICK, and now I am sick as well. I'm not very happy about that. If their employees feel like they have to come to work sick, they probably aren't getting paid enough. They also sent three guys instead of two like I requested. I only had to pay for the two, but I tipped for three...I didn't want to leave the third guy out, figured it wasn't his fault, but it was extra money I shouldn't have spent. Again, they did a great job on the actual moving, but now I'm stuck with a bad cold right before a long Christmas road trip and my wallet is coming up a bit short.
I was in quite the Jam yesterday. A moving company (who sucks btw the way never use Colonial Van Lines!) had packed me up and moved me across country. Colonial screwed up left and right...long story short I had a garage full of items, yard full of furniture and none of the boxes where they were suppose to be. Colonial only used the drivers to move my 5 bedroom house in! My table easily weighs 600 plus pounds!!! I had to get help.

Motivated Movers was great with my move today! Jacob and Terry were the two movers who were sent to my place. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived, which was right on time. They were extremely careful with all my things. I had a lot of glass moved and it was all transported safely and they set everything up at my new location. I was very impressed because they would take the box or couch to the elevator and literally run back to my apartment to grab the next thing. They did this the entire time bringing everything into my new place and running back out to the truck to get more. Both were very friendly and extremely hard workers. Very professional, the price was great, and I will definitely use Motivated Movers again!

They moved my piano and everything else in the room at no additional charge. I didn't even ask! And their rates are by far reasonable.

Justin and Trey showed up right on time and did a walkthrough with me to decide the best way to load my stuff since some was going to a rental house and the rest to storage. They made quick work of what I thought would be a long day. Nothing was damaged and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks guys! I called Motivated movers and they said they could have 5 guys in two hours to me! What a life saver! Justin, Daniel, Kareem, Cody and Travis came to our rescue! I walked them through what I needed done and in one run through they perfectly executed the job! They were polite, funny, easy going and professional. They took my mess and got me into my house. OH BY THE WAY it took 6 of us to get the table in the house. The two guys they sent from COLONIAL SCAM LINES would not have been able to move it!
