I will say the price was the best I could find for a 25 mile local move. The guys showed up when they said they would and worked steady the whole day. Everything was packed and disassembled on day one. On day 2 they were supposed to move everything to the new house but everything did not get packed on the first day. Finally on day two at 7:30 pm they had the final load unloaded at the new house and during the unloading the electricity went out so we finished with flashlights. Now with all the hard work for two days did I give them only 3 stars? The contact was that anything the movers took apart they were required to put back together. Well that didn't happen. My kitchen table was a mess. Bolts missing, parts packed in different boxes. Some of my televisions were on stands and they were removed during the move--why? I cant figure that out. I still have not found the screws and base plate for one of the televisions. My treadmill was disassembled and I was told that all the screws were taped to the machined or packed in a box. BUT when I asked about the treadmill the owner told me the screws were in his truck. Why? The owner had to make a special trip to my house to pick up a new check for the move because he got the first one wet and that is when he brought 4 bolts for my treadmill. The problem is the treadmill needed 6 bolts. His first response was that was all the bolts that were in it but later he said he knew where the other 2 bolts were and he would mail them to me. If you want a cheap mover and can put up with putting everything together yourself then go with these guys but make sure that you gather up all the screws, bolts, nuts and parts and store them where you know where they are and not scattered everywhere. These guys can use the excuse that the power went off during the unload and they could not see to put everything back together but the power was on the next day but they never offered to come and complete the job. If I had it to do all over again I would probably go with another company even if the cost was more to save me from reassembling all our furniture.
