I gave them my business clothes and some jeans and causuals. Showed them the food stains on one of my best business shirts. Asked that my expensive socks be washed and hung dry (I’m sure an inconvenience for them). I prepaid and left.
I travel for a living. 90% of my time is working on the road. I usually have my clothes cleaned by the hotel dry cleaning service. In this instance I was working at a hotel that wasn’t opened yet, so, no laundry service.
I thought their service was amazingly priced. Using hotel laundry services is usually $70 - $90 a load. Stellar charged me less than $11.
I found Stellar with a google search. I called and they said I could bring my laundry by till 9:00. Which was great because I called at 7:30. Most cleaners are closed by then. The later hours was a real convenience.
They did everything I asked perfectly and did a great job at an amazing price. If I lived in Nashville, they would be doing my laundry once a week!
Ms. Regina is super nice and she is friendly to everyone, including children. I would love to use this place again for my big comforters!!!
I almost didn't want to post a review because I want this place all for myself. ha! I've been to Stellar Laundry at busy and at low traffic times, and it has always simplified my wash day by saving me money and time. They offer cash and coin services, as well as the convenience of paying with a credit/debit card or a reloadable laundry card. If you need to get work done, they also offer reliable wifi for their laundry guests. I used to spend all day washing, spending money on washers and dryers that half-way work. Now, I know my clothes will be cleaned well and dried within a couple of hours in an efficient way... without me spending a ton of money. This place is a great find.
Upon pick-up, my clothes were clean and smelled amazing. The stains were out of my favorite shirt and my socks showed no signs of being heat dried.
The staff was great the facility was clean I recommend this as a go to laundromat.
Great place to do your laundry and most importantly it is clean! Ms. Regina is a nice & attentive attendant every time I go in she has the place clean and when I ask for my machine to be cleaned out she helps with no problem.
