I took my best $300.00, two piece suit to be cleaned and a skirt to have the lining hemmed in early June 2017. When I picked it up. The skirt with the Jacket was not my skirt and did not fit. It was the wrong brand as the jacket and the other skirt was not hemmed yet. They said they would correct the problem. They told me they would call me. Three weeks later I still had not heard from them. They would not answer the phone, so I went by. They told me it was my fault the skirt did not match the jacket and they still had not hemmed the other skirt! They offered to hem it but after 3 weeks, I told them forget it and I took the mismatched suit and unhemmed skirt home. They did not even offer to refund my money! In short, I paid to have my best suit ruined and my skirt is still unhemmed! I will never use them again!
