Without a doubt this is the worst dry cleaners in Nashville. Not only was the counter person rude on both occasions my shirts were returned two days late due to the "truck" not bringing them back and when they arrived they looked HORRIBLE. I was not sure they had even been pressed until I noticed the scortched section. I told the person I was not pleased and she told me I had two choices: either buy a new shirt or wear it and get over it.....
