I tried them for the first time and they ruined a dress that I have had dry cleaned by other places before. It is completely unwearable and he tried to blame me and said I somehow ruined it. The owner was extremely rude and awful to deal with. I would never recommend them to anyone

The representative couldn't be bothered to find a regular parking spot, so he decided to park in a handicapped spot, just so he could be right next to the building. Didn't even use the normal freight delivery area allotted for these kind of activities
