Can't speak on anything other than self-serve but I will say this; won't meet a nicer couple than the owners. Had a very very large washing job, spent over 10 hours washing massive table clothes, and they stayed open until after midnight for me.
Trust the bad reviews!!! I used two different dryers (same brand right beside each other). One melted my delicates and the other couldn't even dry my cottons after adding an extra couple dollars. My clothes were still so wet! What was the point of even washing my clothes when they're all going to be wet and stink by the time I finally get them dry?! I'm so upset!
