So this wannabe manager sheila is very unprofessional and rude in the middle of washing my clothes the machine gave me an error message and said out of order she came and open the washer with a key and told me I had to pay to wash my clothes again when I asked her why she said because I had put too much soap when that was not the case I put the right amount of soap that the machine requires. I asked for her boss's phone number she declined I told her she couldn't decline me that information she said yeah whatever and walked away never coming here again worst customer service ever don't come and waste your money here.
A very clean place. Cheaper than other laundries in the zone. The ladies are very friendly and any of them are mexican the fact that they speak Spanish does not make them mexicans. They are from guatemala
I told the employees here that I need to change for a 20 and I have a limited amount of time and she said wait and just stood there for 10 minutes doing nothing.
This place is definitely cleaner and better maintained than other Laundromats I've been to in the area...I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The layout is good too--not so cluttered, more open
Amazing service. I dropped off my laundry bag and they did a very good job of cleaning my gear. I should know I work in mining and my cloths get very dirty. Nice to have found a place that does a great job. Price was decent also.
