Update: I received a call from their executive management asking how they could improve their service. They responded to my concerns and have resolved my issues. It's rare to get the quality of customer service I received and it eliminates any concerns I have about having to file claim.

Top notch customer service. They work with over a dozen carriers so can likely get you a better price than the GEICOs of the world. Highly recommended

I recently switched to Zander in the fall of 2016. They had great rates and the customer service was good.

I emailed my Zander agent to report hail damage to our home. He responded promptly and got me in touch with the right people. I quickly was contacted by the claims rep who gathered additional information and explained how the process works and what I could expect. She assured me that if I had any questions or needed any additional help along the way I could contact her. My claim has not yet been settled as it's only been a few days but so far everything has gone quickly and smoothly.

Update: I've decided to cancel my policies. For some reason my policies were cancelled on accident and I had to work through that situation, which the people at Zander were helpful. After thinking it was all taken care of, I get a letter saying my monthly draft deduction were going up due it having to be prorated. I've spent more time on the phone fixing issues then I have ever spent in looking for insurance. The people at Zander seem nice but the quality of service is less than pleasing.

I appreciated not only the expedient service but it was "top notch" quality. Representatives were patient when answering questions and genuinely interested in ensuring that you had a product best suited to you and your needs. In addition their follow up and constant willingness to assist every step of the way was greatly appreciated.

If you switch or upgrade a policy, ensure that you review the auto drafts from your bank accounts. I've had two different experiences where I got a different/new policy, but they still draft for the old policy. I had to call and explain the situation multiple times for it be resolved.

Love these guys. Helpful, local company that truly puts service first. We had a claim on our car insurance recently and they have gone above and beyond to help us resolve issues we’ve had with the insurance company and the body shop. They call you back when they say they will and they take the time to explain something when you have a question. The sales experience on the front end was also stellar and we got great rates on our insurance. We highly recommend them.
