Absolutely horrible wish I would of read the reviews before going to this company I was in a accident on 9/6 20 days later I'm just getting my estimate which is bull my car is totaled according to my body shop but they estimate my damages to be 1500 are you stupid they have caused me nothing but pain and suffering.
ZERO STARS!! One of their customers rear-ended me 3 weeks ago and I have got nothing accomplished since then! The claim rep. (Chelsea Bigham) they put on my case has yet to call me... apparently she has a lot of vacation time to use up before the end of the year!! :{
Just wanted a correct fax number and was placed on hold several times . . . for almost 30 minutes . . . what's up with that?!?!?
Worst ever insurance my truck been in the shop for 3 weeks no one ever calls me back, please spend the extras money and get insurance somewhere else.
-5 Stars This place is a absolute joke ! I was paying for a car for 11 months that comes to find out it wasn't even insured because their agent failed to notate it on the account, I called about 5 times since August and was given the run around and I even sent in the proof that they told me to send in and they still don't want to own up to it. I'm not even the type of person to get online and write a bad review but these people are absolute scam artist. I highly , highly , highly recommend going with a bigger company with real integrity . They will tell you anything just to get you covered but never again will i work with a smaller company lesson leaned
