My insurance policy got cancelled due to them not sending in information I provided them. I tried to contact my agent for 2 weeks before my policy ended but he was always unavailable and never returned my calls. I talked to a woman at the office and told her what was going on and she said she would take care of it and that she promised she would call me back in 30 minutes. 1 week later and still no call back. I found a way better agent in Ashland city!
