Tim Shrum is more than an outstanding insurance agent, he's a delightful businessman. I was referred to his agency after moving to the Nashville, TN area and told him upfront I didn't know anything about insurance. He explained everything in detail, not just what the coverage was, but what it meant in a practical level. When I asked about particular areas of coverage, he assisted me saying the coverage was not what my situation required. I feel most other sales people would have sold me it anyways. I can tell that Tim Shrum is looking to establish long-term relationships with his customers and really cares about me as a customer. I cannot recommend this state farm insurance agent in Nashville, TN enough.

I was looking for auto insurance today, and got a call from Lisa @ State Farm. I wasn't sure how the phone call would go (if she could help insure me) due to a unique problem that I had. Well, Lisa listened to me through the long story, and she said she could help. I not only have auto insurance but my home is insured also....which I didn't think I could ever afford! By the end of the conversation, it's as if Lisa was a close friend, that I hadn't talked to in a while. There was no rush in the conversation and she was truly concerned about me. She also made me laugh (which I haven't done in days)!! I have to say that there are some heartfelt people still in the world and Lisa and State Farm Insurance are one of them!
