A really bad service company and can not be trusted because they don’t know how to get my right back , if you got an car accident , bad agents too especially Arabic agents.
Charles has been my agent for a couple years now. They cover my business, auto, and home. He's been helpful and attentive whenever I needed him and Nationwide has been excellent. I've had a rough year this year with automobiles. Being in an accident when your pregnant is scary enough, not to mention the financial aspect. Glad I switched over to Nationwide.
We have had insurance through Nationwide with him as our agent. We have home, auto, and life - which we've been faithful in paying monthly and have had no accidents or issues on our end. In March, water came into our home through our roof and for the first time, Nationwide had to pay out for something. I am never able to get a hold of Charles or anyone in his office - nor do I ever receive a phone call back. In addition, our premiums go up at the end of every cycle and we cannot get ahold of him to explain why. I've called Nationwide and they said I have to go in person somewhere else to get a rep but being pregnant with 3 under 3, that is not as simple as it sounds. I DO NOT recommend him as your agent or Nationwide overall.
