They do nothing for their customers my mom has been waiting a month for her new Policy to be reworked everytime she calls the Office they give her some lie about well he's not in and they will call you back and never do she wanted to know what her monthly payment will be and they told her they call you back never did finally she called the Customer Service in Ohio and they took care of her in 5 mins
Friendly office staff Bobby, Carey, Corey, Sylvia and the rest of the office staff are cheerful, warm, friendly and wonderful. Went there to get a quote for me and my wife on our homeowners and auto. Got a quote back the same day. Customer service is a big deal in my family and I love the service I receive here.
