LaShawnda and her entire office staff are all AMAZING! I moved to Nashville (Bellevue) from out of state a while back, but never got around to getting my insurance switched over to TN. I went in and was greeted by Carrie and Austin immediately upon walking in the door. We sat with Austin and discussed my needs and configured my policy in the best way possible to ensure that I was fully covered while taking advantage of the best pricing possible. While we were working with Austin, LaShawnda came out from her office, greeted us with a smile and we chatted for a while. I felt so warm and welcome in her agency and I am looking forward to going back to chat because they are all great people. I cannot thank Austin and LaShawnda enough for helping me with insurance and am so grateful to have my "Good Neighbors" right down the road!! :)
