They are significantly under-staffed, but the staff they have is very knowledgeable and helpful! Worth the wait!
The worst customer service ever!!! Not enough people working there. Their transfer machine was broken. They couldn’t transfer your information from your old phone to new phone. I didn’t even want to give them 1 Star!!!
I wouldn't give it one star if I could put a review with 0. Terrible customer service. Sprint itself is terrible. You don't need the device in hand to get a SIM card! Are you that broke of a company that you are stingy with SIM cards?! Btw that "1 percent difference equates to 5 million square miles of coverage.
I called and asked if they had an Apple watch and was told yes. I got there, signed the contract and was told "well, we thought it was the watch, but its actually just the band"... Come on... How did you NOT know??? Be truthful and business will go a long way.
I visited the store with a friend and this place has the worst customer service! The store manager Julie is a very rude and nasty woman! I've never experienced someone working in a customer service based business be that disrespectful to paying customers!
