Terrible experience with this company. I live within 1 hours drive of these stores, but when offered free shipping, I fell for the biggest trap ever. After ordering a television on Monday, I followed up on Wednesday, having not received an order shipped notification. They said there was a delay in shipping, but it should go out that day. No activity or communication until this morning (Friday) when a 3rd party driver called to let me know he would be at my house in 30 minutes. This had not been previously communicated or arranged, so I was already at work. After 10+ phone calls between Electronics Express and the 3rd party shipper, I received a "There's nothing we can do" statement and that I would have to arrange the shipment for after the 3-day weekend. Amazon can get shipments across the country in 2 days, Electronics Express struggles to get a shipment 70 miles in a week. Very dissatisfied and will not be purchasing from Electronics Express every again.
I am very pleased with my experience at Electronic Express. As soon as i entered, I was greeted immediately. I had found Electronic Express from a google search and was not sure if they carried the very specific item that i was looking for, so having someone assist me right off the bat was very comforting. they ended up not having what i was looking for, but instead of turning me away, i was given a sincere apology, and the name and clear directions to a nearby, locally owned store that may have what i needed. this was good to see because it meant that helping me find what i needed does not stop at their doors. overall, an excellent experience and i am sure that i will be back.
The staff would rather stand behind a counter, than to work the floor and make a sale. I asked the store manager for help, and was met with a quick generic answer. He was way more helpful holding the door for me as I was leaving.
Jaquisha was amazing. I was going to walk out with nothing but she helped me get a MacBook that I was desperately needing! I will definitely come back!!!
We came in with a specific product in mind just to look at, not to buy that day. The manager, John, gladly went in the back and pulled out the only one they had in the store. Throughout the whole process, the manager was very informative, helpful, and we did not feel pressured at any time to buy this product. This will definitely be a store we will come back to for other needs as they really made us feel like an important customer
