I have had work done at all three locations since I turned 19 in Middle TN, I must say that I think that my last experience takes the cake.! I am so grateful to have a extremely knowledgeable salesperson,(logan)I finally got it right! who I feel didn't just try to sell me something, I was worried about the amount of things to be done and cost too. I have a 2017 Dodge Charger and had the following done:
Power windows installed by Cartronics June of 2016 along with some other electrical work on a travel van. Passenger motor goes out August of 2017. Out of warranty. Unable to find a compatible motor anywhere so I visit the store. The young man at the counter tried to help. Could not find motors online either and they don't carry just the motors, only another complete kit like the one installed which costs $199. He offered it to me at $138. I found the exact same kit on Ebay for $50. I can't really complain since Cartronics was under no obligation to do anything and the young man at the counter did what he could in a retail setting. Just posting this review so that readers will know what to expect. My experience amounted to products that lasted just slightly over a year and no cost effective support on failure.
