I had problem with my surface book base, it wasn't responding, so they had to order new one. They told me, they don't have in stock, but will be able to get it after a week. It's been about 2 months and they haven't got it yet. Microsoft service is trashy.
These guys sell everything Microsoft related, Bought my Surface Pro 4 here, And A Microsoft keyboard And Mouse. prices are good for a brick and mortar store. All the Computers here are bloatware free. And the offer help in store, Or online. i like this store better then others around TN.
The one and only place you should ever buy Windows PCs. The staff here actually know what they're doing, they do on-site support for everything and even hold classes for typical PC uses, and, perhaps best of all, the PCs here do NOT come with the loads of crapware they will have on them (not including the Surface line, which should be clean no matter where you buy it) if you buy them anywhere else. Furthermore, you can try out everything here before you buy it.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with a warranty issue and they fixed it with no problems and free of charge! The store itself is great! Very clean and stylish layout.
I went into the store,and my daughter was waiting in line for the virtual reality game.After waiting for two kids to have there turn,she was up.The manager came over and said no one under 13,even though the two other kids in front of her, were well below my daughter's age of 10. I guess the rule only applies when it is my daughter's turn,thanks Microsoft.Thank God the Apple store is located,right under this store.
