I have always had good experiences with the actual car wash here. The problem lies with their product promotion. When purchasing a wash I was told that I could get a reduced rate for a month of unlimited washes. I was not told at the time that the charge would be recurring, nor was I given my receipt to see that info. I called after seeing that I had been charged for 2 unwanted months and tried to get the charges at least cancelled, if not a refund for the months I did not wish to purchase. I did not receive a call back and now I see another month that I have been charged for. Upon contacting them again the call again went to voicemail. This is really poor customer service. Again, the actual services offered and overall wash experience is great. Just beware of the fact that they will charge you each month if you get a discounted month plan and that you will likely have to pester them repeatedly to get the charge to stop.
The best place to get your car washed. Friendly staff who cares about your vehicle. Great for Uber drivers to sign up for unlimited washes

If you get the basic wash with the free vacuum its worth it. Anything more hasn't been worth the money. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.
I have had the membership for about a year and a half. It is so convenient and quick! There is always staff there who are friendly and helpful.
