So I tell the man my problem. Gets irritated with me because HIS phone is breaking up. Then once he gets here (also I just sat in the car wash cause I assumed it was broken and didn't want anyone else to waste their money.) comes to my car and says "wish you would have moved so other people could use it" not a hello, or sorry about the problem. I was just baffled. THEN proceeds to say this happens all the time. Literally fights with me over the light not changing. Insinuating that it's my fault. I'm just in shock. This is not how you keep people from coming back. So needless to say, horrible experience. What should have taken 8 minutes took 30.

I've never used this car wash. But I just moved and it was closest. Anyway, I'm pulling through the car wash. I have the green light to continue pulling forward. Well by the time it turns read my front end was out of the actual car wash. So I call the number listed.
