I called on Friday, December 1st to make an appointment for Monday, December 4th at 9 a.m. On Monday, December 4th at 9 a.m. the business was not open. I waited for 15 minutes and then left. I called the business phone number and left a message. I never received a return call back. On Tuesday, December 5th, I asked my assistant to call and make an appointment for Wednesday, December 6th at 9 a.m. My assistant spoke with a woman who said she apologized for the problem on Monday the person who was supposed to be there had an emergency and she would be sure to have someone present at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6th. On Wednesday, December 6th, I was there at 9 a.m. Again, no one from the business was present. There was also another customer waiting at the same time. I waited for 15 minutes and then left when no one from the business showed up.
