Based on the reviews, I was a little bit skeptic because I couldn't believe that a place would be this good but they really are! I've been there twice. They were honest about what was going on with my car and the second time I went in there they gave me an oil change and they fixed my brakes. The best part about them is Noel. He's really great. I was in there early in the morning around the time they opened and I needed to get to work. I was going to call an Uber but they offered me a loaner vehicle and I brought it back with no issues. That was really nice of them. People couldn't believe me when I told him that they did that. I will definitely be returning!
Honest people, helped me out of a tight spot and it cost less than I expected. I will be back here for all of my auto needs!
I needed my truck tuned up and didn't want to wait 3-4 weeks to get it in to my usual shop that I use, nor did I want to tow it from Antioch to West Nashville. So, I called Noel at AAC. He told me to drop it off that night, which I did. By the time I visited them the next day both He and Jon had found the issue, mixed up spark plug wires, and timed it. It is now running great. I am very pleased with the service and timeliness of my whole experience. I now have a new shop on MY side of town that I feel is honest and will treat me like a real person. I highly recommend them!
