AS A OWNER OF A 24 HOUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE...I UNDERSTAND TIMELINES....ONE OF MY MANY REGIONAL SERVICE VANS HAD A TRANSMISSION ISSUE, AND AFTER AN INTERNET SEARCH, WE MADE A GREAT CHOICE AND WERE HANDLED BY A PROFESIONAL TEAM WITH A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF OUR CRITICAL NEED OF MY SERVICE VAN. IN OUR LINE OF WORK, MONEY WAS NO OBJECT, HOWEVER I WAS GLAD TO KNOW THEY TREATED US FAIR AND CHARGED US COMPETITIVE RATES. THIS SHOP PROVIDED A 90 DAY WARRANTY ON THE THINGS THEY REPLACED AND WORKED ON WHICH IS EVEN MORE COMFORTING
The price they gave for my repair was in line with averages for my vehicle found online. The 2 people i spoke with, JR and the shop foreman, were friendly and confident in the service they offered. The turnaround was excellent. I received the quote for the work by 1pm Monday, had the car there within 20 minutes, and received a call at 10am the following morning telling me the work had been completed. They were slightly brusque when i asked what work had actually been performed and my itemized receipt was not offered to me, although if i had asked, i assume they would've given it to me. Overall very satisfied, they will likely become my new shop because of the proximity to my workplace.
