Found out now I needed a new thermostat, took it back to them and was charged $302 for three hours but once again he tried to get me to pay $35 to replace the housing that was suppose to be apart of the repair.
I've only had this car for a year and didn't really drive it until January because I was trying to clear up child support issues with my license, 8 months of driving it and no problems but after getting a simple oil change it's been problems.
I didn't have the extra money so he just put sealant on the old rusty one and threw it back on.
My dad grilled him about how much the labor was an hour because I paid $190 for three hours of labor and now he is saying $115 an hour and that it's a 6 hour job which means it's gonna cost me $1,160 that I don't have!
I had a more serious problem than an oil change. I suddenly saw that my oil pressure dropped and my oil light was on. I pulled into Precision Tune Auto Care late in the afternoon. They had to get a special part from the Nissan dealership and they STILL had my car fix by the end of business and at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and they made the time waiting enjoyable. They even called to check on me the next day. I am definitely going back for any issues.
My dad went with me to get a pressure test and the guy tried to charge me again, he gave me a "courtesy" pressure test and now he says it's my water pump and that I might have possible head gasket issues.
Problem got worse driving 15 minutes car starts overheating, before it would overheat after 35 minutes of driving.

2015 vehicle ,basic oil change, less than 3000 later all oil blows on to the street.Towed car to dealership to find out my last oil change, PRECISION performed did not properly insert oil filter correctly and left screws loose.. End result $400 repair bill...
I've taken my 8 year old Honda to this place twice now for an oil change. I'm very pleased with the service and the price. I am a single female and feel confident knowing they are not going to try to do a bunch of work that doesn't need to be done. When I ask for just an oil change that's exactly what I get. When I ask to just check fluids they do exactly what I ask and don't try to take advantage of me. I will be going here for maintenance from now on.
I'm new to Nashville and I will never go back to them again!
Went in for a simple oil change and came out with antifreeze leaking, he tried to get me to pay 49.99 for a pressure test for something that was not a problem until he did the oil change.
Was told to go here for a reasonable price oil change and I tried them.
Now I'm having engine overheating issues because of the leaking and I'm spending at least $50 biweekly on antifreeze.
