Rich and the guys were great!! Took in my car with a sway bar problem that a couple of other repair shops either couldn't diagnose, or tried fixing other, more expensive "problems" that weren't related. These guys found the problem and repaired it in a days time. No more popping and clunking when I turn the wheel! Very satisfied and will definitely go back here the next time I need some work done. When I was looking to buy a car I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicles. The first one they scanned had 8 codes and I did not buy because of it. The next one they checked out passed the test but I just want to say they are very accommodating and work with you! Rich is a down to earth honest man!
I went to them with my rear defrost light blinking and a knocking under my dash. I wanted a letter from them saying it wasn't knocking when I'd come for an oil change the day before someone else removed some wiring. Rich told me not to go through all of that trouble with the other guy, but to bring it Monday and they would get me taken care of. I was so relieved, I took it and they changed my blend door actuator, but they did not calibrate it. After talking with 4 different people and 3 different shops, including the service department at two different dealerships, it appears that I never needed the actuator, all I needed was a calibration. Meineke kept my car for 2 full days and I am still left with the original problem, my rear light is still blinking and it takes about a minute and a half before my air will blow through the front. I am soooooooooooo sorry that I trusted them with my car. Once they took my money, they left me high and dry and told me to take my car to the dealership. I am sorry they are not the people of integrity that I believed them to be and sadly I am the wiser for it. Whoever would have thought that I would have saved money going to the dealership, at least they would not have ripped me off. Sad, but wiser :^(. I have also added a photo of my original blend door actuator and you can see from the picture that nothing is wrong with the actuator, it simply needed to be calibrated.
