I did not feel like I got what I paid. The diagnostic they gave me was not well explained or detailed at all and it led to me spending more money on parts I probably don't need.
Mark Ghergia and Stevie Keeton are formerly of Ultimate Tire and Car Care, which met an untimely demise earlier this year. Mark and Stevie are fantastic mechanics and great guys. I'd come to rely on their expertise at Ultimate, and was immensely glad when I learned that they were opening this shop just across the river from downtown. Everything is up-front, and they don't do any work without verifying with you first.
Mark has treated me like gold since I started bringing my car to him. He's gone above and beyond to ensure he gave me good deals on repairs, thoroughly explained problems and solutions before executing, and has been available to consult with me about all my car related needs. He even has checked out used cars I've been thinking about buying for no charge. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better mechanic.
Markee is my new go-to shop for car repair. I've already had an AC compressor replaced there (I had my car back the same day!), and I'll likely be back soon for a few other issues I've been putting off.
I was traveling from Atlanta to Paducah, KY. Got stopped in traffic in Nashville and my truck overheated. I stopped here and they fixed my truck after hours and took me to a parts store to get what I needed. I will drive to go back here. What awesome people!!! Thanks Stevie!
