My experience at this Firestone was AMAZING! The service was impeccable and my car came back in a great condition. They kept me abreast on everything that was happening with my car. In retrospect to cost, I was not overcharged for any of the work. Being a female, most car service places take advantage, but not this Firestone. Most importantly, the customer service that I was received by Bennie was great! He walked me through the step by step process associated with my car!

Great service and if you get your car alignment done at a Firestone you get lifetime alignment up to 3 per year but that's still a good deal.
Did not have all tools to take my old tires off and replace it with new one's. They said thry do not have the wheel lick tool to do my work..what michanic shop is that?
