This is the absolutely best Auto Repair service I have ever encountered. You want a good fair place to get your car repaired? Elliott's is the place. They do outstanding work and the price will always be fair. From a regular oil change to engine or transmission replacement. They are knowledgeable, honest, kind, and courteous. They treat all customers the same.
My boyfriend went here and Chad tried to recharge us for a problem that was supposed to had been fixed the first time . We had originally thought he was in the right until we called the Buick dealership . He made us think there was a difference between the two mounts but returned us our money as if he was doing us a favor . Upon receiving our vehicle there was more wrong now then when we initially placed the car in the shop for something minor . The mechanic recommended that we bought all new mounts and one broke right after leaving and the others weren't even replaced . The work that he had neglected to do caused us great grief since we had to pay for a rental for the duration of the time the shop had the vehicle. We've paid at least $800 just for replacing the mounts . My boyfriend was still willing to give him the money for the work he had done . This place is a total rip off and we will be taking our money somewhere else , hoping for a better out come and customer service . We will be taking legal action and contacting the BBB if needed .
I have discovered a place to bring my vechicle that I am very happy with. Chad and his Father are legit friendly people who have gone out of their way to make sure all my needs are met from timely service to picking me up and just all around good people. I have never been disappointed and I am hoping that they will be around for a long time. Thank you for your service.
