DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
If I could rate them any lower I would. The company completely went against the lease agreement and any questions/concerns I had cleared prior to renting the property. They withheld an absurd amount of money for a cleaning fee- I had cleaned the property myself on my hands and knees and was still charged a cleaning fee.
I would not recommend renting through Renew. Similar to what other reviewers have described, communication and customer service were very bad. Good luck finding an email address for them online, and every time you call you'll be put on hold for up to 10 minutes. When we submitted online maintenance requests, they were normally reasonably prompt, but once or twice we had to follow up by phone (and of course, wait on hold) to get our problem fixed. Towards the end of our lease, I also left a voicemail asking about terms of the lease if we renewed it, and never got a response at all.
Our house was also not even close to ready when we moved in. We gave them a list of things we wanted fixed before we moved in, and they assured us they would be done. On our move-in day, not one of these things was fixed! They eventually sent someone to fix those things but not until after we reminded them several times. There was also a large pile of trash in the front yard that the garbage truck wouldn't pick up, so we had to get rid of it ourselves. The house was not completely clean when we moved in either, so we had to do a bunch of cleaning ourselves to get the house ready. Then when we moved out we made sure to clean it thoroughly. Right before our last day, they transferred management of our property to another company, who kept a part of our security deposit because the house "wasn't adequately clean". Not only was the house perfectly clean, it was by far cleaner than it was we moved in.Also, the property just wasn't in good shape.
My landlord decided to switch to this company for rental management. I've rented from him for 3 years now and never had an issue with a payment being a few days late. One day I get an email from RENEW saying that my payment was late and to visit their website for details. I thought it was a scam at first because my landlord neglected to tell me about the transfer. Of course IMO... RENEW should contact the tenants of the houses they take control over. Anyway I saw that RENEW had decided to slap on a 10% late fee onto my rent. Well my lease says nothing about a 10% late fee so I called them. The man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and refused to remove the late fee even though it was illegal. I told him that if they wanted to see me in court I'd happily block out a day to show them and the judge my lease agreement. After a brief hold he lifted the fee. I still have never signed a piece of paper with RENEW's name on it.
Basically, they will do the bare minimum once you sign your lease - if they can get away without taking care of something, they will not do it. Don't rent with Renew if you can find something else.
Renew does a great job. I have multiple friends that work with Renew and I have a couple properties with them. They are highly recommended in the real estate community.

Renew does a great job with property management. Finally a company that has a good platform online for paying rent, requesting maintenance, etc.
