If you're looking for a the best property management company in Nashville, then your search is over. The Avenue team is simply put...the best! They're so easy to work with and have neat features like direct deposit of rental payments, End-of-Year spreadsheets, and not to mention, they don't bother you with mundane rental repair request. You won't go wrong with them!
After 3 months, I'm displeased with Avenue Real estate in comparison to three other property management agencies with whom I've dealt. There is no such thing as contacting them with an issue and them simply resolving it. Nearly every time my husband and I have had to follow up at least an additional time before getting a response. Resolution of problems has never been timely (again, in comparison to three other property management agencies.) I hope to be able to increase my rating of this company due to a change in performance over the course of the next 9 month's we're renting from them since we really like our property and location. If you're a property owner and your property isn't as nice as ours (built within 6 years, only one prior tenant besides original owner), go with a different management company, as this one will provide no extra incentive for your tenants to remain in homes under their care.
Navigating a cascade like this was no easy task -- but Brittney handled it with the utmost professionalism and absolute ease. I can't say enough about her skills in this field.
