Paid the driver 80% of fare in cash,and asked him to take diffrence on my visa,Bastard took the full fare and the cash,then tried to charge more money to card!!
Lady who answered my call is so rude. She got huge attitude. Waited for the cab like 40 mins. Gave 2 star just for the driver. He is really respectful, much better than the lady on phone.
No receipt given no business card given,no chane to dispute with Visa.

I read these reviews after I called this company but the Driver mahamid hope I'm spelling that right was a good polite Driver and pick me up sooner then expected which I'm not complaining. And polite.and I understood him.
I have used this service twice, and both times have had to wait for over 40 minutes for cab to arrive. They have no method for tracking cars and giving estimated arrival times.
