I haven't needed a taxi in ages, but went with Checker because of the ratings. I was NOT disappointed. Driver, Hyder, was prompt and personable. Would definitely recommend!!
If I could give no stars or a negative I would!! These drivers get so pissed from the get go when they find out you're paying with a debit / credit card. They let out loud sobs and start talking loud and complaining about how they wait for hours and have to pay extra money and don't know why everyone uses a card. Little do they know that I am very fond of giving tips for great customer service . So never get a taxi in Nashville!!! I would much rather walk to my destination rather to be in a vehicle feeling unsafe.
