This company has the WORST customer service EVER.
RUDE..RUDE..RUDE
The person was rude on the phone (when he would call back)-and did not have a clue about managing a party-the entire time on the phone-he acted like we were bothering him.
I was told they own NO EQUIPMENT-they sub everything out to the lowest bidders. I really believe they only have a phone and a website.
This place is not a casino. Its nothing. Dont go
We were getting bids for our company Christmas party -tried several time to contact this company -
I stopped by the address they have listed on their website-It is a smelly building with a bunch of small business operating there. When I finally found their office, the door locked-It looked like they were moving in/or moving out. Definitely creepy-I would avoid them for any events
