Stations needs to be updated...in a not so good area and police had to advise no to stand outside because of pan handlers and beggars. Needs more charging stations. Bathroom wasn't too bad. They have security, which is a plus especially when traveling ODD hours like 3am in the morning.
One of the most miserable bus stations ever. I just got done taking 85 days to go through 22 different states while hiking 1100 miles and writing 17 Greyhound buses. This bus station was by far the worst. They had a security guard that was harassing every single person there. He would literally yell at people in front of everybody and he refused to let anyone stand up. I was at the station twice. Once when I got into town and two days later when I left and the same security guard was there both times and he was demanding that everybody sat in their seats while they waited to get called the board their buses. The way he was treating people was ridiculous. People have a right to stand up and stretch their legs when they've been on a bus for hours as long as they're not doing anything they shouldn't be doing. There were several verbal altercations just in the short time I was there.
People give bad rating because of the staff's.... My case is different... I went to change the ticket to different city. When I call the customer service online, they told me to go to the station and change it... but they gave different answer @ the station. There is no sign of Lunch break. So, I ended up waiting alone in the line for 35 minutes... NO help!!!
Nice clean building located near the airport. Vending machines and a kitchen in case you get hungry while waiting. Information desk is always available. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Also has a couple places to eat nearby as well. Access to MATA and Greyhound transportation services.
Not horrible, but could be better. I felt pretty safe, although I was at the station during the day time. There were sketchy figures, but I didn't have any problems. The building was renovated and pretty clean. The staff wasn't the nicest and the labelling of boarding doors was not existent. I wasn't sure which line I needed to be in to board. Also, given rhe volume of travelers, the station felt small. On the bright side, there was a competent acting security guard on duty as well.
