Great Pharmacy
They constantly run out of the themeds my kids get and it is extremely frustrating to have to make 4 or 5 trips there every month. They are usually under staffed. And the last time i called, they put me on hold for 20 minutes.Eventually i had to call back because I couldn't wait any longer and the girl just laughed and said she had other customers. And she never even got an answer for me. I had to hold again.
I want to like it here, but it is really inconvenient and frustrating.
They are very nice and always willing to accommodate. Left Kroger couple of yrs. ago and couldnt be happier .

I do all my shopping at Hermitage Publix. Thought it would be nice to get my perscription for back medication there. Boy was I wrong! Tech, that helped not very nice or efficient. Never checked my information when I dropped off, so when husband came it turned out they had dated card. Husband had to wait in line forever due to folks signing their life away for Sudafed. Once he got up there it was not ready, then she took his card and said that would not work. It is a Family plan, all have the same policy number. Said she would run it anyways and come back to get. He went back again 20 minutes later and got a laugh when he asked if ready. Not professional at all. Still no perscription at this point. When I called to verify my info over the phone, the gal was very short and rude. She did not offer to help and just said the teck is on break. I am going to get my perscriptions back and go to Walgreens. Sorry Publix Pharmacy. You need to improve before I will try you again. I understand you are busy with flu season but get a grip!
