I use Crestor and they save me at least 60% of pharmacy cost. It is actual Crestor brand name. The only issue I have with MedLink is their customer service. It is soooooooo very hard to get in touch with them to refill a prescription. It sometimes takes weeks and call after call to get somebody to call you back. Due to poor customer support I am now forced to look for another pharmacy like MedLink to order from with better customer support!!

Horrible, terrible, awful customer service. The company is fine as long as you don't try to leave and you don't need a response within the next week/month. My medication company dropped me from the program and I assumed I would no longer be charged by Medlink, as I was no longer receiving medication. I emailed them to make sure and received no response. They charged me two days later. I emailed my customer service rep I had been in contact with four times and left two voicemails saying I wanted to cancel my service over the course of a month. Not only did they NOT respond or cancel my service, they charged me for another month. I then had to call my bank and try to block them from charging me again. I'm not sure if it worked yet, since I still technically haven't gotten my service cancelled because no one will return my communications and I might get charged for a third month. I am out $120 because they won't answer their phone or return messages or treat their customers with some common courtesy like not charging them TWICE for something they didn't receive.
