I had a sub-optimal experience with this attorney. I found that David Heller was difficult to trust. I feel that his practice is mostly motivated by financial gain, that financial motivations outweighed my family's needs. I found that there was a lack of motivation in appropriately protecting my family's interests. I did not feel that he met his fiduciary duty in representing me. He was not very helpful after he was paid and became very difficult to reach. Because of this, I went to a different practice.
