My fiancé had ordered a ring for me online however it was to big. We went to this store to refund it. Before we refunded it the sales girl I got a bad vibe from her from the start. She was not friendly and just overall not a good sales person. Then she tried to push the the warranty on us so instead of us returning the ring she states it better to buy the warranty in order to have the ring resized. We had to tell this girl that we would reorder the correct size online five times. I understand you guys are sales consultants but if I state that I just want a refund do not continuously ask me to purchase a product that I told you I did not want in the first place. We reordered the correct size online but I will not go to this location because our sales consultant was rude there the first time we went.
Go in wearing a suit and expensive watch or you'll be ignored.
Terrible experience go to gensis diamonds they are infinitely better! I go into the store and pick out a wedding band guy is super rude and honestly looked like he could care less about helping us! So I go to buy the ring and he has to order one in my size he says it will take a week I pay and leave! A week goes by and no word my wife calls and the same guy who helped us answers he completely rude to her and gives no info to my wife! Naturally I call back upset and the guy says to give it another day! I let three days go by with no word I call again and get a manager on the phone who says it always takes two weeks which is not what I was told! I let two and half weeks go by and still no word! I call again ready to cancel my order and the guy says on the system is showing it will be in the next day! My ring showed up after three weeks! This place is a joke and honestly if this is how zales run their businesses they don't deserve to be in business! This stores staff is completely rude they have no idea what they are doing! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
My wife walked into this store today, and was looking to buy a wedding ring approached the two ladies looking to inquire about a ring, but before she could finish her sentence one of the women chimed out that my wife couldnt afford anything in that store that she needed to get out, rude much? Way to go zales very model employees you have there do you like losing out on money?
The store manager is a liar at this Opry Mills store. I will NEVER be back after I finally get my rings back. I hate that I spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars here. Corporate office has been contacted and stated they will be taking action for the inappropriate actions he has done unnecessarily.
