I needed the band on my rolex resized and they were able to do it for me right away. After he measured my wrist he went over to his work area and came back a couple minutes later with a perfect fitting watch. The staff there is very friendly and professional and their watch repair prices are the lowest in town. I highly recommend this place for all watch and jewelry repair.

This is the best jewelry shop and jewelry repair shop in town. Not only do Scott and his team know their stuff, but they are extremely friendly and don't mind explaining the process to you. They have a big screen so you can watch your things get worked on, and it's pretty fascinating to see up close all that goes into a ring or piece of jewelry. Additionally, the prices are more than fair, and in an industry with a lot of questionable characters and shadiness, that says a lot.
