Friendly, professional, and efficient staff in a store with the most beautiful jewelry I've ever seen. I won a gift certificate to Genesis Diamonds in Nashville last fall in a radio contest. When I went there to spend the free certificate, I wondered if the staff would push for me to buy more than I'd won. Not so. If I had wanted to, I'm sure they'd have been happy to oblige, but I felt no pressure and the man I dealt even offered to professionally clean my existing jewelry for free while I was there. I recently broke one of the pieces of jewelry and remembered that he'd told me they guarantee repairs for free. I took the jewelry piece back to him and it's now as good as new. Every person working there is always 100% upbeat and friendly.
I LOVE Genesis! I just got married in August and my now husband purchased my Verragio engagement ring there at Genesis. It is seriously is the most beautiful and unique ring I've ever laid eyes on. Upon finding out from my sister that it was my ultimate dream ring, he headed to Genesis to purchase this very one. We went on to get my matching band there, as well as his ring (also Verragio - which I had a Bible verse engraved inside). When my parents came to town for our wedding, they went with me to Genesis. Lo and behold...they ended up buying a new band for my mom for their 40th anniversary. Genesis has always taken such great care of us! From the second we come through the door, we are treated like family. They are always great about resizes, cleanings, if there is any maintenance or anything needed to keep your ring looking its absolute best. I've received countless compliments on my ring and how unique it is. It was the perfect combo of modern and vintage for me. I've been wearing my ring for almost a year now and I still find myself admiring it every single day..throughout the day. It means the world to me! Everyone at Genesis is awesome!...but Stasia sold us all of our rings and my experience with her as our sales associate was second to none! Thanks to Genesis for a wonderful continued experience! :)
Genesis Diamonds has received a customer for life! They have been the most attentive to details. Avi and Ina, specifically, have helped us choose the right diamonds (for my engagement ring pictured here) and emeralds for my wedding band. I received the highest quality stones cut and designed exactly how I wanted them. The customer service delivered from Genesis is unprecedented. I've never experienced anything like it before. I've had to resize my ring twice (because of moving locations! Humidity, etc. That's not Genesis' fault) and I sent it back easily and had it back in my possession in no time. I cannot talk more highly of the experience we've had there and I cannot wait to add to my collection! Thank you for going above and beyond for us every single time!

My in laws dropped off a necklace for repair. The closest Genesis to us in 1.5 hours away. Once the item was repaired, they contacted us to arrange shipping. The necklace was repaired beautifully and the manager contacted us directly to ensure our satisfaction in the manner. We have used Genesis for years, buying engagement rings, wedding bands, watches and necklaces. They are our go to jewelers and are worth the drive to see not only their collections but their willingness to stand behind their product and their customers.
