The customer service is great! The 1 star rating is for my engagement ring having lost a diamond 2 months of wearing it casually, I dont wear it to work or working on anything, simply just wearing it out. I sent it in to be replaced, got it back 4 weeks later and had replaced it with a smaller diamond. I have been wearing only 3 days and only diamond falls out. Ring is beautiful but quality doesn't seem to be great.
I went in tonight to purchase a pandora bracelet for my mom. I’m a returning customer I will add. After tonight I will not return to this store. I spent over an hr in this store picking my items out just to be told there’s was only one Black Friday special per customer and the sweet lady helping was new. Excuse me maybe you need to train her properly and I would not have spent this long picking my items out. I do want to say again the lady helping me was nice and was o my doing her job. You lost over $400.00 tonight because of this. I wasn’t asking for anything free it is what you advertised.

The service was fine when we were buying my engagement ring. However, the ring they said was custom made, amazingly looks exactly like a ring at Zales for $200 less. So much for custom. Wish we had read these reviews before purchasing.
