As a frequent visitor to King Jewelers, I'm always impressed by the variety of incredible brands that they carry, the knowledge & friendliness of the staff and the commitment they have to their customers. Any questions I've had, a quick and complete answer has always been provided. Any issues needing resolution are handled quickly and on the occasion that I've met with David, the owner, it's always been a pleasure to speak with him. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for top quality jewelry & watches, in addition to excellent service. I've worked with them for over 2 years now and will certainly continue to do so!!
Such a great experience! My fiancé and I had only been in Nashville for almost a year and we went to a few jewelry stores before coming across King Jewelers. The lady that helped us, Debbie, was so kind, honest and helpful. She met all of my concerns and needs when it came to picking out our wedding bands. We had a short time frame and the rings came in way before they were even supposed to. They are so good at working out deals with you, especially if you fall in love with a specific piece of jewelry. I believe they don't make commission on what they sell, so they're not trying to rip you off. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
Four generations of my family have used King Jewelers through the years. I appreciate the quality and value of the jewelry I purchase from them. David always spends the time to explain what to look for in every piece, what to buy and what not to buy. Integrity, value and trust are best to describe David King and King jewelers. Just recently David was able to get me an impossible Rolex to get. I was one of the first in the country to get one. Hardly a day goes by when someone asks how I got that watch and do I want to sell it for twice what I paid, including other dealers. When I tell them that I did not pay a cent over retail almost none could believe it. David King is always my go to high end jeweler.
I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with the ring that Derrick found for me. The best center stone dimensions, weight, cut, color and clarity, and far and away the best setting all within my budget. It honestly was not even close. I searched all of the jewelers in the area, retail, personal jewelers, and did a lot of online comparison shopping. The deal I received at King was unmatched. I was so happy with the ring that I couldn't wait to propose, so Derrick had the ring set and ready to go the very next day!! Obviously she said yes, and I couldn't wait to take her by the store to look at wedding bands. King's store is so elegant and high-end feeling that you feel proud to take your fiance' in and walk around. The ring was about a half size too big, so while we were there Derrick literally had the ring resized and back to us all while we were picking out wedding bands!! Everything from start to finish with King feels high end from the magnetic display cases all the way down to the box the ring is presented in is top notch. Trust me, it makes a difference. I'm not saying don't shop around, but I'm definitely saying that if you allow King to go to work you, you will not be disappointed!!
