Great Store but super super busy. The staff is always helpful and they usually have everything I need despite being so busy. According to staff they are the busiest Home Depot in the Southeast region. This is because it is the only Home Depot in the area. So like myself all the contractors in the area go to the same location. If you have to go there I suggest going later in the day. It's a little slower then.
Ordered a door prior to the thanksgiving holiday. Was told it would take at most two weeks to get it installed. Was just notified that the earliest install date would be the 23rd of January. Do not shop at this store or at least expect good service. They don’t know what they’re talking about nor do they use vendors that care at all for their customers
Super helpful. Respected my vehicle as he loaded my bags of mulch. Positive attitudes from all staff I encountered! Making our house a home with Home Depot
